Tutor Perini Building Corp is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tutor Perini Corporation (NYSE: TPC). Regionally headquartered at Logan Square, they have been proudly serving the Philadelphia market for over 40 years having built some of the most notable projects in the City. In its 2017 rankings, Engineering News-Record ranked them as the ninth largest domestic building contractor in the United States.

TPBC provides niche building expertise in a wide range of market sectors, including corporate office, gaming and hospitality, multi-family residential, government, high-rise, adaptive reuse, education, healthcare, advanced science and technology, and transportation. They are currently building the W-Element Hotel, East Market, and Maryland Live! Hotel. In addition to work on large-scale projects, they also have a strong resume of interior fit-out and renovation work that includes millions of square feet of space in Philadelphia.

The Northeast Region is led by Peter Sukalo, Executive Vice President. He is supported by Kevin Fitzsimons as Vice President of Operations and Matthew Morgan as Director of Business Development.

They believe their success results from a proven philosophy of “Building Relationships on Trust” and their ability to manage large, complex projects with aggressive fast-track schedules, elaborate designs, and advanced systems, while providing accurate budgeting and strict quality control. More than 75 percent of their business is from repeat customers. They also have a long-standing track-record of exceeding diversity and small business goals due to strong labor relations with local subcontractors and a commitment to inclusion.
