CLIENT: Lincoln Square Property Group
ARCHITECT: BLTa
GENERAL CONTRACTOR: INTECH Construction

Lincoln Square is a mixed-use development under construction between Broad Street and 15th Street, and Carpenter Street and Washington Avenue. The building will feature approximately 67,000 SF of retail at the first and second floors with glass facades facing Broad Street and Washington Avenue. Above the retail will be 322 residential apartment units on seven levels. Both the retail and residential functions will be served by a parking garage that will be strategically placed between the tower and the train shed and whose roof will connect to the indoor amenity on the second floor. This roof deck will feature landscaping, green roof areas, a running track, and spaces for gathering and relaxing. The indoor amenity space will have views of both Center City and South Philadelphia.
